Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching

Improvement begins when you accept responsibility.
Most really successful people love sharing their secrets; they believe there is enough sunshine on the beach for everyone.
Who is the most successful person you know?  How do they balance life, work, family, and home?
What is the difference between a good sales person and a great one?
Attitude and Perseverance
A great sales person must have a better attitude and be willing to hang in there-no matter what.
Be positive-people enjoy being one around positive people.
*Do a little each day in every call for every customer-don’t just do “what’s required”.
*Write notes faithfully for birthdays anniversaries, kids special occasions (graduation, baptism or weddings)  -keep a data base of these facts and write and mail notes on personal paper.
An unexpected kindness is a gift.
  * The Quality of your service and the quality of your attitude directly equals quality of your income.  Focus on commitment.
*Never ever blame others for your lack of success.  NO justifying or rationalizing.
*Attitude is vital but habits need to change as well-do the footwork Practice seemingly small extras –the extra mile may be lonely but it will increase your success.

Be committed and actively look for opportunities to go the extra mile.
