Reality check-how many years did the old pattern keep you where you were?

 Are you willing to give yourself a year to relearn and regroup to get rid of the debris.  Your mind is rising in consciousness you are starting to read the right books, becoming aware of your surroundings and the people in your life and its not unusual for you to get frustrated with not getting everything you want because your old ego is saying why do you want to change???

Remind your ego that  you  were miserable  like that old self and say listen we are changing here because you spent so many years not being heard in your past. 

Give yourself permission to tell your truth.
